Relational Dynamics Analysis

Relational Dynamics Analysis

Relational Dynamics Analysis is counsel on the relationships that carry the most consequence — a business partnership, a marriage and the agreement around it, a family preparing to transfer wealth or control. It clarifies how two people actually operate together before that arrangement is made permanent.

Who this counsel is for

Those entering or restructuring a partnership of significance: co-founders, spouses formalising an agreement, and families navigating succession, inheritance and the difficult conversations that surround them.

Questions this counsel answers

  • Will this partnership hold under real pressure?
  • Why does the same conflict keep recurring between us?
  • How do I structure this agreement to protect both the relationship and the assets?
  • Which family member is genuinely equipped to take this on?
  • Is the difficulty here circumstantial, or fundamental to how we fit?

How the counsel is built

Each engagement draws on The Architecture of Decision — four disciplines integrated into a single, practical position.

How two charts meet

Jyotish comparison of the individuals involved — where the natural harmony sits, where the friction is structural, and which pressures will surface the fault lines rather than the strengths.

Individual blueprint

Numerology of each party: the personal cycles and drivers each person brings. Partnerships rarely fail because two people are incompatible; they fail because each was moving through a different cycle unacknowledged.

Pattern and dynamic

Psychological analysis of the recurring pattern between you — the loop the relationship keeps returning to, and what actually interrupts it. Named plainly, without therapeutic circling.

How an engagement proceeds

1

Private inquiry

You describe the relationship and the decision surrounding it, in confidence.

2

Preliminary call

A brief, complimentary conversation to confirm this is the right counsel — and, where both parties are involved, how best to proceed.

3

The engagement

A private session over secure video, individually or jointly as the matter requires, followed by a written summary.

On discretion

Every engagement is shielded by a strict confidentiality agreement. Client identities, the matters discussed and any materials shared are never disclosed. Correspondence is conducted through direct, private email — not a client portal, not a third-party platform, and never stored where it does not need to be. For sensitive preliminary contact we are glad to use encrypted channels.

Frequently asked questions

Do both parties need to take part?

No. Much of this counsel is sought by one person seeking clarity before a conversation happens. Joint sessions are possible where both parties wish it, but they are never a requirement.

Is this couples therapy?

No, and it is not a substitute for it. Therapy works through the emotional history between two people over time. This is a structural reading of how you fit and what that means for a specific decision — usually delivered in a single, focused engagement.

Will the other person know I sought counsel?

Not unless you choose to tell them. Every engagement is confidential, including from the other parties discussed. Nothing is disclosed to anyone.

Can this be used alongside legal advice?

Frequently, yes. Clients often engage this counsel while drafting a partnership agreement, prenuptial arrangement or succession plan. It informs the human judgement behind the document; it does not replace legal advice.
